No. One only has to have an understanding of what they are reading. Becuz of the English language, one only needs to communicate the point. Take note, when I wrote, Becuz, you knew that I meant, because.

Communication of the relative Idea is more important than the precision of the spelling.

Besides the fact that your last two lines completely destroy your argument, I was referring to the latter statement, the I have an IQ of 163! one, because only an idiot would believe your claims of having an IQ of 163, but you didn't get this because you simply are not that intelligent.
