Also, the reason why it took so long is the fact that he was on a planet
with a Red Sun. But he still managed it. Even then, Flash still coudn't catch him.

Where does it state the "Reaity walls" strength?

It really never explains how he got out of the speedforce, all you see is him leaving with the Anti-monitor armor.

He smoked the Flash. And took on all of the Outsiders/Teen Titans and mutilated most of them, and killed the rest. Some survived though.

He pimp smacked Black Adam into another reality.

Zauriel, an agent of the Presence broke his flaming sword on
SBPs flesh, and SBP was unscathed.

He beat Breach, someone capabvle of soloing Superman with a Heat Vision Blast.

He took down Raven and some other darkforce user quite easily,
and actually caused them mental pain in the process.
