It doesn't have to, because it is heavily implied that Juggernauts armor is strong by way of feats.
The same is true of the wall. SBP punched it, and the chain reaction retconned the DC universe. It was strong enough to hold all DC realitys within it.

The word Enchanted (empowered) by Cyttorack is enough to let you know Juggs armor is powerful.
What makes the wall so strong, prove to me that Nightwing couldn't break it or Green Arrow, LOL.

The entire oint of TP is to read minds. If people can sneek up on you, then you're TP isn't working right. Unless that person is faster than the Flash, and you can't think fast enough to use your TP. Which was the case with SBP and MM.
