is far different from Hammer's suggestion of them being end to end in the giant central park

actaully 5 km is quite far away. Given the area there battling, both players will be out of sight on there way to meet for battle.

I know polls aren't foolproof, but it has Namor winning 77% to 22%, and there are over 200 votes (40 of which I suspect are Battlehammer voting for Logan)

it's not 5 km, it's 1/2 km

and both opponents are in line of sight at start of battle so they know exactly where each other is

ment to put .5

thats still far. Just becuases they can see eachother when the fight starts means nothing, on the way to meet for battle they would both vanish from sight. The only differences is Logan would senses Namor were abouts while namor would have no idea were he was.

I'm done with this topic. The poll speaks for itself.

ya becuases the polls are always right 🙄

pleases leave it not like you ever provide any good or usefull insight or evidences in any debate.

You provide plenty of annoyances however.

dam that reminds me I need to block you again (at least I think I blocked you before that may had been apoll.)

appealing to the majority isn't a ood neough argument.

thats also a false analogy

this poll isnt a poll of noncomic readers...its voters are obviously mostly pretty big comic fans

also, the world being round is a fact. Logan/Namor winning losing is basically speculation and opinion.

Erroneous conclusion; Just because people like to watch football doesn't mean they know "all the facts" what took place in the superbowl or nationals 7 years ago, who won, by how much etc etc....

Just because people like to read Spiderman comics doesn't mean they know for a fact who would win between him and Venom if they've never read a comic with Venom in it.

Exactly, yet in spite of this fact the majority of people would disagree a one point in time/location with that ideal... Funny eh?

It being a FACT that Wolverine has statistically done much better against Namor in their fights than the other way around in spite of the poll, yet you side with the poll.

Oh no it's not. Ad populem arguments are ad populem arguments.

Appealing to the populace regardless of the represented sample.

The majority of people once thought the Earth was flat. Which is obviously true because it was the popular opinion.

Relying on a poll is to commit the ad populem fallacy.

Reality is NOT determined by what is popular (Thank the gods). All polls show is what the popular opinion is, regardless of if the popular opinion is infact true or not.
