Well, consider this, Namor has nearly 3 times the votes in the poll. Whos the more popular character? Easily Wolverine. Enough people had to look past popularity, judge by the feats and character, and vote Namor. Is that a deciding factor in anyway? No of course not. But it counts for something, no?

Logan may be one of the most popular characters, but on the forum he one of the most hated. If anything namor is a good deal more liked by the majority of the board.

........there no need for the lol. It not funny, it a fact. He one of the msot hated on the forum, while namor actually on the more liked side. So going by votes is just a no no. It also just a bad idea in general.

Theres a difference between being a fan and a fanboy. A Fan will read a comic, enjoy a character, and draw a line. Im a fan of Namor, but I know he isnt beating Superman for example. A Fanboy on the other hand will, as a wild example, type a character's name in the search function and back a character, lets just say... oh I dunno, Wolverine... and support him no matter whos hes fight. You can also tell because they will hang on to feats that either arent canon (him beating lobo) or doing things he cant (like moving too fast for the eye to see). Now Im not suggesting that anyone who backs Wolverine in this particular thread is a fanboy, it could be a close fight.
