Namor, The Sub-Mariner vs Wolverine

Wow... this again?

Wolverine wins... just like every time they fight and there isn't a heaping load of plot devices to help Namor.

Wolverine can take Namor's punches with his fists, he can take being hit with a steel I-beam from Namor, he can take getting slammed into the concrete from altitude from Namor... Namor can't take a clawed punch or two from Wolverine without having to retreat or fall down.
Wolverine's a better fighter, presumed faster, faster acting healing factor by leagues and has a reach advantage.
Namor has flight and strength, it's not enough to give him the nod and even Namor knows that. 😬

everybody knows of these namor/wolverine fights.......they're are probably the most well known namor matches ever(unfortunately).......the thing is that almost no one buys it.......why?.........my guess is it probably has something to do with the respect thread for namor here...........after seeing those things, it's extremely hard for most of us to believe he could lose to wolvie ......in spite of all the damning "evidence"

If thats the case, look at the people wolverine has fought and done well against.

Those are just some of the classics that everyone knows about...

Wolverine's essential reading lies somewhere in his Hulks fights or when he got stripped by Magneto, his brawls with Namor are only majorly important to people like you and me, nuff said.

The REAL problem here is that Namor's just another strong guy that people refuse to think is going to lose to anyone weaker than himself, that most people think strength is the only thing that matters in a vs. fight on KMC and probably because they're either too ignorant to know any better or like yourself ignore the rationale and reason that stands against you.

At the end of the day it really doesn't matter since pictures speak louder than words and going by that, Namor without plot devices at his beck and call is simply not likely to beat a Wolverine fighting at the top of his game, or anywhere even close for that matter.

I was worried im the only one around here who thinks Wolverine would win this. The only thing Namor's got over Wolverine is strength (well and flight but it'd go down to cqc anyway so flight doesnt matter) and Logan's got means to kil him with a few attacks + he's quicker.

I remember when Namor met Wolverine in Namor's old series. It was hardly a fight, but showed that even an early Wolverine could dodge Namor for a bit. I think Namor got a hit in, but Wolvie still kept on going.

I would give Wolverine the majority. He can take a punch and his attacks are more lethal.
