No matter what ills we have during a debate, in my corner,

Let's for the sake of argument say that The Beyonder and MM some how jump out of the retconned story into continuity, how would they beat the LT who now has the full backing of the one above all if he doesn't want the LT to lose?

The problem with that scenario already is if TOAA doesn't want Aunt May to lose against the LT, then she won't lose. NOBODY can beat ANYBODY who is fully backed by TOAA.
