Reality 58163 is what the 616 Universe used to be.
So that's another monstrous feat.

As for other feats:
She gave every being on Earth their dreams.
She made other beings more powerful, (like X, Layla & Genis amongst others)
Genis was actually blinking the Universe in and out of existence because of Wanda.
She could make copies of herself.
She could create pocket Realities withIN the 58163 Reality (616)
She was apparently immortal.
She could create life from scratch.
She perceived the Astral Plane withIN the Physical Plane.
She had absolute control over genetic manipulation.
Those are some off the top of my dome.

Well, Franky has only created pocket Realities. (this could be the size of a Planet)
And Phoenix has never created or remade any Reality.
Phoenix has however destroyed a full blown Alternate Universe though.
But I don't think HS has the power of Phoenix though.
