I don't know, I know some of them had stupid endings. Like Fei Longs, Seth got offed by a knife to the back, I was just looking at my screen confused.
I've gotten even better with Ryu now, I'm getting better at how to do that shoyuken cancel to ultra. I just breeze right through arcade mode even on the hardest (which the only level I like playing at) difficulty with Ryu (the only character that gives me a lot of trouble is Zangief), but I'm learning how to play with the others. I'm trying to learn how to play with Dhalsim now, and I completely suck. Last night I was stuck on C. Viper, and she was the first opponent in the arcade mode I faced (I lost over 20 some times before I finally gave up)!

The AI is random. Even on easiest every once in a while it will go out of its way and spam/read your moves to humilate you. Its annoying. I only play arcade to pass time while people challenge me.

Yeah Seth and Zangief is know for being cheap. I would beat them the first round some times, and then in the second everything I try is useless against them. I haven't tried playing on line yet, but I'll probably do that later in the coming week, I think I warmed up enough with the AI. 🙂

Also.. the computer doesnt really do anything more than read your inputs and counter them.. humans have strategies, and fast adaptation
I would say just go online and to hell with the AI

How many rounds u guys use to fight online. I have mine set up for one round. I was thinking in changing it to maybe three to get a better feel of teh other player skill.

1 round? Why?
I set mine to best out of 5. I use the 1st round entirely to gauge the other players skill level. Mixups, tick throws and such just don't work on mashers. You'll do a jab and then go in for the throw and you'll eat a dragon Punch just because they're mashing the entire time.
Ill try 5 rounds today. It seems logical. I hate one move wonders that usually win by luck.
Hey I'm confused. I tried playing SF4 online today but the game wouldn't even show up on the screen. This only happens when have the internet cable plugged in, when I don't the game shows up on the screen just fine. So I put a different game in, and it worked fine. I put SF4 back in but without the internet connection, until I got to the screen, then I plugged the cable back in and went to network battle, the game tells me I need to update my system to version 1.01 and that it'll restart and do the update.
So it restarted, but it makes no update and it doesn't go to the screen again. So I try to give my system an update, but it tells me it's already updated and that it doesn't need to be updated again. So I'm confused and don't know what's going on.
