Silver's Surfer's COMBAT SPEED/REFLEXES are terrible. People do you guys realize that Thanos has reflexes/agility at the "Enhanced Human Levels?" and Surfer gets his azz tagged by Thanos all the time? Did you know Surfer gets tagged by Thor, who gets SPEEDBLITZED by Mongoose for God sake? Hell....I could even post scans of GANYMEDE speedblitzing the Silver Surfer! The only reason why her blitz was ineffective is because she did not have the strength to hurt him.
Surfer can basically be tagged by ANYONE who can fight at super speeds.
