Superman has and is very very capable of getting the first shot on many beings. A combination is not exactly one-shotting but it is equilvalent.

Infinity Man took solar system shattering shots from Orion. Darksied was taking shots from the celestial Orion once he was turned into the pawn of the Source. DS and the source where tearing up the very fabric of reality in thier fight. I'd say they had some durability. Hell DS un amped took shots from the ALE.
