Superman easily has ko chances. If he catches Surfer with one blow then he can possibly win. The chances of this isn't 0 since it would make Surfer able to beat Thanos (who is slower) 10/10.

Kal can avoid board very easily with his senses and reflexes and red sun light only works when there is no yellow sun-light. He can recharge with just a few seconds of sun-light like he did when earth-man changed eath's sun into red sun. As soon as sun boy changed sun to yellow, kal was fully powered again and I doubt that surfer can produce a red sun.

All the wile pummeling Superman with red sun radiation infused cosmic blast (which Surfer would know since has the most awesome cosmic awareness out there, case in point using his cosmic awareness he found out Gladiator's weakness)... and at the same time blasting Superman with Green Kryptonite infused cosmic blasts that has the power the level and destroy planets.
Or Surfer could just devolve Superman.
Or Surfer could create multiple blackholes all around Superman while emitting red sun radiation thus ripping Superman apart.

nope, Superman wont be able to avoid the board when its moving at a million times the speed of light or faster. Remember when during the IG and the heroes were facing Thanos and AW and SS in the span of a panel or two were already a light year away from the battle?
Light takes a year to travel one light year. And Surfer covered that distance in a panel, probable a few seconds to few minutes! That is WTF fast!

I've a simpler plan than that, kal uses counter-vibrations and remove surfer from existence. Kryptonite wouldn't work despite what surfer fanboy think. Surfer gets hit too. Isn't that why you think Thanos beats him? You can't have it both ways. He's unhittable when fighting Superman (a faster attacker) but hittable when fighting Thanos is a double standard.
If you accept that Superman can get some hits in then you can't give Surfer 10/10 since Superman can gain the upper hand and finish Surfer in some fights.
