I doubt Surfer is more powerful that Blaze in her dimension.

Supes biometric shield is debateable. If it is psychic in nature (as some think) then surfer will have a hard time. Once Supes has absorbed the solar energy...its no longer Solar energy

The Power Cosmic is not unlimited, but it doesn't need to be. Neither is Superman. I'd say that Superman will be unconscious long before Surfer fizzles out. Even then, Surfer can absorb ambient cosmic energy, fully replenishing himself. He could absorb sunlight, just like Superman does.
The Power Cosmic is not magic. They are very different in nature. The Silver Surfer has defeated the Son of Satan, Mephisto. Let's compare the two characters, not people they've fought. I know that the Power Cosmic is vastly powerful but I cannot honestly say which is more powerful, neither can you. It may very well be more powerful than Magic. However, I do know magic is powered by the will of the user.

Surfer can drain solar energy; he's done it in the past. Just put two and two together. This is a forum, the only thing you can do is provide facts, then theorize.
The Silver Surfer is so much faster than Superman, it isn't funny. If Surfer doesn't want Superman to hit him, Superman won't be touching him. He can just avoid Superman, while blasting him repetitively, until he's unconscious.

Remember superman has been hurt by punches, cosmic blasts can level cities.
SS used cosmic (normal) to knock out (win against) Thor, Champion, Thing , Morg , Terrax , Firelord , Gladiator.
If his cosmic blast (at normal) can hurt these guys there is no reason why it should hurt superman.
Surfer has too many ways to win this:
- Energy absorption
- Faster than light speed
- Cosmic blasts
- Destroy the Sun
Etc. goes on
And SS is durable he took 20 nuke (something like it) overhead without a scratch
