Every example team Surfer gives as a means to victory I give an example of him overcoming the odd.Red sun, Kryptonite, power cosmic blasts. Superman has never lost a one on one battle via these methods.

Speed is about even I think,they're both consdiered "faster than light speed", in one of his comics from a couple years, he pulled out of a black hole, struggling for maybe a panel and then being like "come on, I know faster than this"

Surfer can move millions of times faster than light, and he can think, and react almost instantaneously. I've never seen Superman move faster than light, but I've seen him say that he can't.
When did Superman pull out of a black hole? Issue #?

Spectre is the wrath of God, not God himself. He's the archangel Raphael. Like any other angel, Spectre is only as powerful as the Presence makes him. Spectre is weak when he's rouge. I really don't see his purpose.

Surfer's reaction time and movement speed is high FTL as well. Surfer doesn't throw punches, but he can move his arms at faster than light speed, co he can punch faster than light as well. Regardless, he's faster than Superman in every aspect. He could avoid Superman for the entire fight while attacking.

I'm still waiting for proof, I've seen Supes do it countless of times. He's faster than Superman in flight speed, not fighting speed. 🙂

Like I said it will take less than a second for SS to effect Superman's cell , and siphon his Solar Energy.
Superman has admitted that would kill him
Not only that SS manipulation is at a cosmic level : he can turn superman into stones from inside out.
