Not true. If Surfer can react, and move his arms in a fraction of a nanosecond, why wouldn't he be able to punch that fast? I've never seen Superman move, fight, or react anywhere near nanospeed.

Not true, If I am standing on top of a fast moving train...i am getting from point a to point b quickly. I can see things as they come in the distance and dodge them quickly. It's all due to the momemtum. As surfer travles past light speed, his body is no longer mass, its energy.

Of the board he has shown no such feat. He doesnt have that kind of fighting speed. Mind you, I'm not calling him slow, but I dont see him being a match for supes in a physical battle of sped and strengh.

Surfer will beat him in a race across the stars though.

He is not that size.

He moves war world when he is powered up (with difficulty)

Apparently it can't protect him if it effects the cell either.
