Superman can absorb Solar energy ( he is constantly absorbing it)

He can't choose how much to absorb.

Like he can't be at earth at get more solar energy , he would have to go to the source.

And it's all solar energy (anything relating to giving him power)

Seeing as he's the most powerful being in the omniverse, he should take all of them multiversal kids no problem. RIGHT!? ("WRONG" buzzer)

Energy Supes would indeed beat the crap out of Surfer. He's ridiculously powerful. But give Surfer the Quantam Bands for a couple hunnerd years and we, once again, have a different story.

As to the normal versions of them... There still hasn't been a single counter to energy draining since Triumph. I don't think there's been a counter to blasts of pure kryptonite radiation besides "Oh, he easts kryptonite now. Says it's tasty." Seriously... the only answer I got is "he can resist it". It's probably the most potent form of his biggest weakness possible. And this is the stuff that kills him in a matter of minutes if he's sitting next to it in rockish form. Surfer can put out much higher quantities than a little chunk of rock can. So yeah, he's definitely just shrugging it off.

(to the scans!) ...Ok. Superman absorbs radiation from yellow AND white stars. Whoop dee freaking doo. He still can't consciously control it, so there's no point to those scans. Surfer takes all of Superman's energy, killing him. Supes can't control it, so he sits there helpslessly. Surfer's too fast for him to avoid it or stop him with some form of attack.

I still have yet to see a semi-feasible Superman win...

Well in the next panel after the pic I posted he took that energy that Evilstar blasted him with and sent it back to him in a concentrated form of heat vision knocking him out.

I still say Surfer wins guys. But its not gonna be a walk in the park like you guys think.

Surfer should win most confrontations, unless he fights like an idiot or tries to encounter Superman in a physical duel.
