Well, from my experience, a majority of whites think that...but I live in Oklahoma so things may not be as accurate in Oklahoma to the rest of the US.
I am noticing that even in Oklahoma, people are becoming more and more accepting and less racist. I like it and it is awesome. Actually nowadays, I am seeing more African Americans complain about white people than I do actual white people doing things wrong to different races.

That would require what some futurists are calling god-like artificial intelligence. I mean an accuracy rating of 99% everytime. A computer that can calculate a very accurate Intelligence Quotient based off of an individuals genetics and the complete set of their life. (EVERYTHING that the person has been exposed to...similar to using a current Sync-cording as named n the movie "6th Day" or the AV recordings seen in "Final Cut".)
