Meaning that 32% are White. Now looking at the way the U.S. Government categorizes the different races that means that that 68% is divided among 7 other racial categories. Even assuming that the 68% is divided evenly that means that each non-white racial or ethnic group has about 10%(9.7142857142857142857142857142857)Off of that there would be 10% of the prison and jail inmates would be black compared to the 32% that are white.
hmm
Sigh OMFG, that is a logical and mathematical fallacy.
32% of inmates are white. 68% of inmates are minorities - assuming it was 70 %, and keep the 7 other racial categories, one still can not say 10% for each.
Ugh, that was an insult.
Anyway, I still haven't typed the stuff out yet to answer Chaos or Robtard. I got jobs, family and the such so I missed my own damn deadline but I'm trying to at least get one done by the end of today.

So which logical fallacy was it and aside from you ignoring the rules of rounding numbers how was it mathematically fallacious?

What's a "LAWLZ"?
LAWLZ is newer leet speak for laughing out loud. Adding plural to most words is considered leetish so all the time you will see the letter "s" added to the end of words. Well, pronounce "lol" and you get lawl. Some people are now putting out lawl instead of lol. To further the leetishness of lawl, they of course add an "s" making it lawls. Naturally, leetists like to make anything that ends in s also end in z bringing us full circle to lawlz. Captilizing just adds effect as you already know.
Does that help?
You may also see people type omgs, hells no, or oh gnoes (for oh no.)

I see and it does... "Leet" is internet-slang for "elite", i.e. the upper echelon of internet-ness?

Agreed. (Nothing against "gays" either...it is just a saying nowadays that people use to say "things are unfavorable".)
When I say agreed, I am saying that trying to be "teh coolies" by f-ing up the written English language can be fun but it is mostly annoying and it gets in the way of communication sometimes.

You get LAWL, if you speak in a batty American accent. You don't if you're from the UK, or, practically anywhere else with an accent that doesn't sound like grinding gears.
