Mind control=part of artificial enchantments employed on Alucard (and those, unlike memory cannot be copied). The manipulation of souls of the death=\=offensive mind control.
So no ban for us since we don't violate any rules directly- what was "copied" were skills, and all the enchantments not natural to Draculites were lost (including mind control).
Comparing us to B-Dub's team was not fair, since we ACTUALLY have means of playing hit-and-run, while B-Dub just changed his starting point mid-match.

So she only has all of his powers when its conveinent, but when it poses a rules violation suddenly you ignore ther no neutering rule as well... So which is it? she has all his powers or she doesn't. Seems awfully convenient for this excuse to pop up now when it wasn't evne mentioned the first time.. Sorry I don't buy it. She has banned abilites that stay banned and you cannot choose not to use them to allow her in via the no neutering rule. Nice try but it ain't going to fly... fortunately the prep against Trick's team never happened. So you don't have his memories... At least that's the way I see things. but its Delph's call.
Where did the thing about "all his powers" come into play? She CAN'T have copied anything but his experience. Mass blood sucking comes into experience thing. Telepathy/hypnosis- nope.
I think Akuki just used that as a hype. Claiming that she would get all the modifications Hellsing put on Alucard would be ridiculous and impossible.
Cute attempts to dodge around the issue but, you're busted... your last defense was "she wouldn't know how" and nothing else was mentioned. Now with his memories she would know how. Now you're claiming that she wouldn't get that power...

Now obviously the question will come up, whether or not she can learn the technique fast enough and whether Alucard will teach her. In both cases the storyline indicates that he would be willing to do so. In fact in the past he has offered Seras the opportunity to drink his blood, which would grant her all of his memories on how to use his powers, do there’s no reason why we can’t do the same during our prep.

So the question is what's the difference between Seras and Alucard? The simple answer? The number of souls Alucard has taken in.
In fact it says in the manga that the number of souls he's absorbed is the cause of his regeneration abilities.

We're going to turn her into an Alucard level vampire during the prep period by simply having her go on a rampage through the casino. By killing and stealing the souls of the people in the casino she'll become an Alucard level threat, and she'll be doing that the entire prep time.

Ask Akuki about that. I really thought it was about experience thing. It seems we DID fall into the same thing Smurph did when exaggerating Quicksilver knowledge about Magneto's powers.
Also majority of Alucard's powers aren't natural to vampires in Hellsing verse.
Alucard might as well be referring to his experience since he's not regular vampire at all. Not all that's native to Alucard can be passed that way.
Blood sucking- any vampire suck blood. Mind control- nothing was told about that or even stated we'll use that.
She NATURALLY don't have that power AT ALL. We're not neutering anything anywhere.
Sage has the power ( in off mode) and it was based on scans/feats. While Seras doesn't even have that power naturally... how can we neuter something that isn't there for the first time?
Alucard=closer to demon than to vampire. Seras- just a vampire. We DIDN'T draft Alucard, neither we stated copying ANYTHING apart from mass blood suck trick. In fact we don't even know whether she gets hypnosis or not since what we were attempting to get is mass blood suck trick.
And stop mentioning Sage thing as if it was my mortal sin (though mortal sin was not using soft coup de grace on Jubilee but enlimanating her along with the rest of BW's team).
No Loopholes. Banned abilities remain banned, you gain access to mind control the character gets banned.
It's an admirable attempt to "legally cheat", but cheating will not be tolerated.
The difference between the two is how old Alucard is, the amount of souls he's absorbed. Quit trying to backpeddle. The character is illegal if Seras gains Alucards memories of how to access the powers of the Dracul bloodline. saying "he's closer to a demon than a vampire" is clever speak but the manga only refers to them as "true vampires".
literal translation of the Japanese word for vampire is "blood sucking demon" again, nice try.
