Once again, experience is not the only difference between Alucard and any other vampire from Hellsingverse. Age isn't the only reason Alucard has become the Perfect Undead....
But the final decision is to Illadelph. When it comes to powers (not differnet ways to use existing powers)it's very doubtful whether Seras can be able to copy all the ENCHANTMENTS Hellsing made on Alucard. Just because technically they both are referred as vampires, regular and evolved vampires differ in more things that just number of souls they've absorbed.
Just to clarify things about Alucard:
The mass bloodsuck and the mass release of individuals is possible for Seras because the storyline indicates that he had those powers before he was captured by Hellsing, meaning they do not fall into the enchantment category. The mind control ability is a one time random use, and has not been shown to have existed before, so Seras would not definitely be able to use it.

That's what I was trying to say. Alucard=Ultimate Undead and lots of his powers are enchantments. Just because Seras Victoria gets his experience, doesn't make her to be able to demonstrate anything he did WITH enchantments (including mind control).
Before anyone yells about Sage, I'd like to remember that she DOES posess offensive telepathy naturally and has the skills to use it- she just had it willingly turned off. A bit different case from suspecting something to have random power JUST BECAUSE a completely different individual has that.
Seras Victoria=vampire. Alucard=evolved vampire. The difference in powerset goes waaay beyond simple experience issue.
Can we stop trying to make arguments for matches that are over? I'm starting to get annoyed again at how people are taking the matches and illegally bringing them into this thread.
Voice your rebuttals in future matches, or clarify, etc. Whatever you need. Make adjustments and adapt. But don't continue the debate here.
According to Hellsing cannon this guy IS Dracula, including the events of brahm stokers dracula( volume 4 | episode 2 of the OVA series), complete with the hypnosis and everything. quit ****ing trying to pass it off as abilities that were given to him by the hellsing orginization. It's getting really irritating like a naughty three year old who persists in lying to avoid getting in trouble.
She has an illegal power when enhanced to alucard levels and with his knowledge. This intelectual dishonesty of lying in order to retain a character that violates three rules (Banned ability: Offensive Telepathy-Mind Control, No Neutering, No Loopholes) that you should have either not drafted and preyed on the other contestants and the other judges ignorance or let be kicked so you could draft a legal pick.
Ultimately it is up to Delph, but I for one hope he doesn't buy into your horseshit.
The battle in which Seras acquired blood from Alucard never took place due to the opponent dropping out of the tournament, so technically this violation via enhancement never took place.
However, if Team Akuki can prove that the telepathy is via enhancements which Alucard solely possesses and Seras does not, and that Seras would not acquire these abilities should she consume Alucard's blood, the issue is resolved.
At this point it's a mulligan.

Although this is a nice "ad hominem" attack to try and distract from the character that would be illegal if they were to gain alucard's memories. Personally since its simply part of the draculian vampire then your only defense is that she wouldn't know that she has that banned ability provided you do not take Alucard's blood.
