Suggestion: give each person a one or two day time limit to get their draft pick in, lest they go to the back of the line. That way, we won't have to stall for a week because someone forgot to PM you.

And, if they know or expect they won't be available for that day or two (for whatever reason), they can send a list of drafts in early, in order of preference.

Given that you all have 2 more weeks for research you should all have a draft board of 6 to 20 desirable characters by 11/10. I pushed the start of battle out an addition 2 weeks to accommodate any delays (picks being vetoed/chosen by other teams), as well as allow additional time to acquire scans for battle.
However, please note that once I've posted the confirmation thread the only roster changes that will be allowed from that point on will be switching out characters that fell victim to a popular veto.
