I'd allow short term limited clairvoyance. No offensive gestures, however. That would include:
-Psi bolts
-Mind reading
-Mind wiping
-Psychic locating
-Mental illusion casting
-Emotion manipulation
-Etc.
Short term limited clairvoyance (akin to a "Spider-sense"😉, and other passive telepathic traits will be allowed.
This is street to low meta tier tourney.

Given that each match will have will have 3-5 judges I think I'm good in that regard. No more judge requests please.

Smurph's Team
We also have numerous people with "interest" but haven't decided to enter or not. If we wind up with a non base 8 number of teams I have a format in mind that will compensate.

I'll make a thread at 10a PST on 11/10. The thread being posted is the prompt for you all to PM your picks to me. The PM inbox sorts messages in order received; which will determine the draft order.
If a character has already been selected I will PM the drafter, in order of PM received, and notify them that they need to replace one (or both) of their picks. The Drafter will not lose their place in the draft order, however, they will only have 2 hours to submit a replacement pick. If they do not present a suitable replacement within the allotted time they will then be moved to the end of the draft order and have to wait until all other participants have made their picks to submit their new choice.
