I have a serious problem with this arena.

In the aftermath of Secret Wars, the planet became infected with cosmic energy as a result of the Beyonder reclaiming his power from Doctor Doom, who had stolen it from him (For more information, see the Secret Wars article). This led to a "wish fulfillment" phenomenon whereby force of will could alter reality, such as repairing Captain America's Unbreakable Shield, or allowing Reed Richards to create a way to take them home extremely quickly. This is possibly either due to the Beyonder's nature as an incomplete Cosmic Cube, which allows the wielder to alter reality around them by force of will, or was an aspect of the "heart's desire" promised by the Beyonders and granted to the default winners of the Secret Wars.

So when is this battle taking place per battleworld?

Before that took place (at the beginning of Secret Wars).

Are the villains/heroes there?

Yes, but you can't recruit them. They'll be carrying out the storyline as if you weren't there.

So basically, they are local hazards and will ignore us if we don't attack them.

What about Metropolis and Area 51? Who's in Metropolis?

Finally, do we have to worry about Mogo killing us all for putting holes in him? ermm

Area 51 from Independence Day is during the final battle (when the 15 mile long ship is approaching the installation and there's a giant air battle taking place between the makeshift U.S. Airforce and the Aliens).

If B-Dub set off the nukes during Imperiex's attack or the Zentraedi Invasion he'd likely get attacked by Probes, Superman, or Dolza's Armada (if they survived).

come on Delph, the Zentradi Armada was one of the largest in anime. There's no way any of us can take the armada short of using the SDF-1 itself.

Dude, that's creative. I'm really looking foreward to this... in fact what'd be interesting if you had a storyline premise and turned this into a story. That'd be awesome.

People keep talking about Mogo and armadas am I the only one worried about pissing Odin off?

That too. Or Thor, or the ice giants, or Surtur or the local asgardians.

Ill I do have a question regarding Asgard.

Is like the Classic version or the newly recreated version.

It does make a big difference.

there's practically no one in new Asgard, but Thor and his friends are likely to notice any fighting very fast and respond with lethal force.
