Illusion Projection
Induced Orgasms etc..
Technically any form of telepathy that used on your opponent could be classified as offensive telepathy.
Other Kinds of Telepathy:
Mind Linking with your allies
Bootstrapping your own brain chemistry:
- Increase efficiency of your own motor functions.
- Fighting off a bio-toxin
Anything which involves using telepathy on yourself.
Not sure what reading your opponents mind to predict their movement would fall under? That could be seen both ways.

Q: What is Marvel thinking with the cast of X-Force? Not to be too blunt, but on the surface it looks like the kind of team that would be assembled (often by Marvel's own writers in books like the DP/GLX-crossover) to mock the frequent overuse of Wolverine. It seems really redundant to have a bunch of team members all with almost the exact same powers (not to mention it seems as if they'd be more or less completely ineffective against anyone who can fly and attack them from afar).

For the X-Men you want to have a well-rounded team that covers all the bases and is ready for any threat that comes a-callin’. They’re not that.
