And the difference is that even before Sasuke got his Sharingan, he was working 10x harder then Naruto to get strong.

Sasuke was not working harder than Naruto to get strong. Naruto was always trying to get stronger and practicing he was just weak. The difference is Sasuke is a genius while Naruto is below average.
