wrong, most historians credit superman with inspiring all modern superheroes (those that came after him). there were plenty before him, like the ones i provided for you in the links, you need to actually read them before you post again so you won't sound so foolish and make sure you look at the creation date section 😮

superman was what POPULARISED the concept of super HERO. there was heroes before him, robin hood and all, but not of his boyscott black and white goodness and decency. then.......... alan MOORE came along and change the face of heroism for the better, atleast as far as popular perception went.
