Well, some people can't tell the difference between a joke and an insult, even when there are smilies being used.

I used the right smilie to show it was a joke...why would he get mixed up?

He didn't see the actually quote.

Neo told him about it, which is something he shouldn't have done because the whole situation would have been avoided.

NDH obviously knew it was a joke...I thought he would tell TGF that
