GoW 3 was excellent, I enjoyed it. I just wish it was a little longer but then I wish that about all the better games. Time to do the challenges!

Did anyone else stick through until after the credits for the extra scene?
Oh aye, I always do that because I know how developers like to sneak something in at the end.
You sure you didn't mean "do not?" All I have are the Godly Possessions, which is the next best thing to having everything you said (with the right costume, and a certain possession active, you could upgrade any of the weapons items to their max almost as soon as you get them).
Unless I'm missing something.
You can't use the weapons from the start, that is normally the case.
With the help of a glitch/trick however, you can start the game with your weapons maxed. At the start, you'll have the Blades of Athena instead of the Blades of Exile obviously.
Up for learning the trick? It's really simple actually.
~ Also, I'm not entirely certain on this, but once we reach Hades and obtain the BoE, they start at Lv1. It's probably the case for the other weapons as well.
Sidenote - Skorpius on Chaos mode is a ****ing cheap b****. I'm sure I'll hate this boss on speciality runs >__>.
You know, I think the ending would've been better if they let Kratos jump off the cliff headfirst like he did in the beginning of GoW1, instead of stabbing himself with the BoO.
And instead of saying "There is no hope left", he says "There is still hope left", with the same epic camera angles as he falls down below.

That makes no sense.
That's like Old Snake saying "There's still hope left. I have a future." before blowing his brains out.
Is the screen suppost to get covered in blood while you beat up Zeus after gaining hope? I seemed to be pressing circle for ages even after its covered in blood and I cannot see.
Also, is Kratos gone in the cutscene after the credits? as in, he could be alive?
Also where did all his power go? I assumed he gave it to the people/humans what with Athenas cry of "they would not know what to do with it".
imo, Athena was left powerless, thus ending the reign of the gods.
Kratos stabbing himself is his way of flashing the middle finger at Athena's request.
(still rather prefer him jumping to his death ala GoW1, with his dying words "There still hope left" obviously a reference from Pandora's advice.)
Though we didn't see the full ending, he probably had to battle his way through Hades to reach Elysium and be with his family again.
And I have no doubt he succeeded.
Hades was surprisingly enthralling imo, and the Cronos fight was the very definition of epic scale. Hercules was awesome too (don't get me started on the finisher).
I'd call Hermes the only particularly uninteresting fight. That, and let's face it, at least one other Titan battle/level (it was said they cut out one or two) would've completed the game beyond utter excellence; the absence of Atlas, level or boss, was less than stellar.

Cronos and Poseidon were awesome boss fights in terms of design, and epicness.
Hercules was excellent, I agree.
I believe they said they'll be releasing that encounter as DLC. Hope it is the case.
Atlas should have been present in at least Tartarus. Given that we fought Cronos there, I suppose its understandable. Perhaps Atlas was that last titan they cut out.

Did anyone here know that Kratos's voice actor is a negro? That totally took me by surprise!
Known that ever since the first game came out 😐
Also, it only surprised me a little, since I recognized T.C's voice from the start.

So, anyone got any particular boss battle they liked?
Hades was exceptionally hard for me, so of course I loved it once I was able to pass it. Made me feel like I really accomplished something.
And you have to love the Cronos battle. While it was fairly easy, it was epic in both scale and awesomeness.
