Time is something he wouldn't have fighting kightcrawler, quicksilver or some of the amalgams. That is too much time. Quicksilver beat Iron man in his ARMOR in less time. I wouldn't chance turning into a human with him around.

And you guys were pissed at Jakita for her resisting bullets from handguns, while Venom takes damn ANTI-TANK missle and has REAL mind control *not just controlling the flow of chi in someone's body as high level chi users like Danny and Kenshiro can do and which allows them control the movements of the opponent's body to some extent, but not the mind, opponent must be also capable on using chi for that being effective AFAIK, and it can be countered as mind stays upaffected and opponent can perform some counter measures even at cost of severing his body- it's also limited to making opponent's limbs move in necessary way so there's no way to think about that as about TP*.

With Venom's symbiothe you have:
1.True mind control
2. Working on damn near everyone and not needing special curcumstances
3. Given other symbiothe abilities it can be damn OHKO.

Yeah, I'm going to have to object against Venom too...he's pretty clearly over Spider-Man.

Spiderman isn't a cap, but Venom was shown to have only two real weaknesses *one of which Trickster would for sure argue against as non existent*- even Brock Venom.

While being simply bulletproof (and it being limited to handguns) isn't a reason to be over the caps, taking anti-tank missles and PHOSPHORIC grenades like nothing, having true mind control with good possibilities for OHKO is the reason for being over the caps.

Spiderman isn't a highest mark for a low meta tier so being above him in stats means dick. But having OHKO ability and mind control means much.

Akuki, change the reason of objection against Venom to OHKO and mind control abilities via symbiote. That's more solid objection than simply him beating Spidey on panel- Spidey isn't the best low meta there is.

And Venom has at least TWO reasons for being banhammered, both f which were posted.

Here, the new Sin Eater gives Eddie a L.A.W. Rocket and a bunch of White Phosphorus and Fragmentation grenades, which should take out the symbiote.

For those who don't know, L.A.W. = Light Anti-Tank Weapon.

I have a pyrokinetic in my pack but seeing as Venom takes the equivalent of K's STRONGEST fire blast under his normal power level (building-destroying) without being harmed amongst other potentially illegal stuff from Venom..well, seems enough for Venom having no reason for being in that tourney.

Is nver still on? If he is he can cast the final vote against Venom.

If Venom has OHKO and mind control (which he has as proven) then he should be banned regardless of votes.

Ok judges can look Venom. I'm not sure about him. Those showings could be just high end showings. ANd he does seem to be able to be beaten rather easily. Sound and all. I could almost bet quicksilver could beat the life out of him with those sound booming punches. But I'lll vote for the judges to look at venom.

In fact, classic Quicksilver caps at Max 1 (we actually have 2 speedsters at that level in tourney). His showings are too inconsistent to decide...

But I'm not sure even above Max1 speed punches further empowered with fire can be enough there (and while our team can provide that and some more stuff via amalgamating, not anyone there has said luxury).

And it's not as if I have anything in particular about Venom- I have some strategies of taking him out. And durability isn't a major issue even- he posesses OHKO and mind control via symbiote, and that's the major reason why he's illegal. Otherwise, I don't see much problems with him.
