I don't see that differencing from the healing factor of, lets say Wolverine (who heals from skeleton arm to normal in about the same time), or Gideon. Except that those two don't turn into humans who can be killed with nothing but a knife or something while they are healing.
Question about Darkhawk. You guys aren't planning on switching back and forth between his human self and super self, right? Because I'm pretty sure it completely heals him instantly. That would be a large loophole, and one that needs looked at.

First off, Gideon doesn't have the amazingly sick healing everyone thinks he does. It's there, but it's not even Wolverine level. And Logan has taken entire nights to heal things off (depending on the writer, of course), and anything major is not nearly an insta-heal for him but takes some time.
It's a false justification for what still amounts to an nigh-instantaneous 100% heal. And the fact that you're defending it tells me you were planning on using it, so I'm even more wary of it.
Needs banned. The power, not Darkhawk. You draft DH, you should get DH, not the human that comes with him and an insta-heal tactic. Duplicate that power and you siddenly have 4 people who can heal on a whim.
