To reiiterate: Venom, who's one-shotted Spidey iirc, does not belong in here. He's overwhelmingly more powerful.

Also, Ill, we need a ruling on whether Akuki's Bleach character's power counts as matter manipulation.

With every hit of his blade, he doubles an opponent's mass, but not volume. This implies to me that their density changes, and is organic matter manip.

To counter Smurph's point about Kira, please remember that there is no indication that there is any change in the density of a character, simply the weight. This indicates a local gravity manipulation ablility which is not organic matter manip.

A case has to be made for the ban to be considered. I'm leaving this power in all of your, the participants, hands. If you garner the 8 votes and have a weak case the veto will likely not be upheld. You need to provide solid evidence to substantiate why a character is beyond caps and should be removed, not just mob dissent.

Either way, essentially, this guy only has to hit Pete once to completely throw Spidey off.

Two hits to make him move at a snails pace.

Three hits to completely debilitate him.

I haven't seen any indication of whether it's organic manipulation or not, though it easily, and perhaps more probably, could be.

Even if it is gravity manipulation, then he shouldn't be in low meta anyways.

You can't even block hits, because you'll still be affected.

Again, this guy could give some high metas fights.

Again I must make the point that just like with many of the other abilities in this tournament, this ability has some ways that it can be easily countered, and requires being able to make contact with the opponent in the first place. If you know the right way to go about it he's screwed. Plus spidey would easily win against him, one bit of webbing and he's done.

If anyone went to toe toe with a one of the characters without knowing their abilities they'd get screwed up, I don't see how that alters his intrinsic power level. The reason why Kira fits is very simply because in all other ways other than his one power, he's pathetic. His durability and mobility are a joke, most of the members of this tournament would literally dance around him easily. Seriously he would get raped by half the characters in ths tournament.

Wait Phasing? He doesn't have any phasing abilities, he only has one very limited ability that has some very clear set limitations with clear countermeasures.

I think he was referring to Shinobi and Mirror Master, who can both phase, among other things.

Lets be honest here people, Kira's ability is nowhere near the level of many of the other characters here. Yes if he hits you several times you have problems, however if you let any character like say karnak to hit you several times you're boned as well, so I don't see the difference. In fact why don't we compare him to Karnak
