The participants present the arguments and vote on them. We just step in to ratify a decision if we agree with the evidence and argument provided. It's up to them to prove their cases, not us.

As I understand it, you need 80% of the people, (or is that 80% of the teams) to send a guy for judge consideration.

Delph, can you take a vote from one person as regarding their whole team? Because in terms of the draft, I speak for my team and I think that's true for some of the other teams.

So, we only vote if the participants vote 80%? Eighty percent seems a little high. Every single team besides the one who the character 'belongs' to has to agree it's over?

80% of all participants, but given the number of people, 8 participant votes. This confirmation process is scheduled for 2 weeks, and I'll extend if necessary due to schedule conflicts.

I was initially anticipating more people. Since there's only 13 participants, they need to get 8 participants to agree.

Anyways, about Shinobi.

Here he is against a team full of low, even mid/high meta characters, and they still need a plot device to even affect him (he doesn't want to fight).

And, he can phase part of his body at a time, and easily if someone tries to punch him... I doubt anybody in this tournament is going to be in possession of a wavelength scrambler.

And here, Shaw shows that he'll be unaffected even if he's inside another person and solidifies.

Spidey punches him, Shaw phases part of his body. Spidey's fist goes through him, Shaw solidifies.

Spidey's now a cripple.

Kick him out of Low Meta.

Again, only affected by a plot device.

If you're from another forum you can get a teammate from there as well.

Smurf, while I agree Shaw should be out, we need to wait a few days. Delph said we need 8/13 to refer a guy to the judges.
