In his appearances does he normally appear with his tech or without his tech more often. Seeing how the bulk of his appearances take place where he is using tech I would guess not.

The problem is, is that desaad has no standard tech . Even with the wizard, we know he has standard tech. Like his glue gun and anti matter disk.

Although let's break it down. we know he generally carries weapons and the ability to teleport. we know his weapons are above Spidey Level and we know his teleportation can take him between dimensions.

Me too. I have a really important meeting tomorrow and I hate to be sick for it. If Desaad seems to be too hard to pin down, I have no problem withdrawing him. I don't want to seem unfair. As if I'd really just nuke the entire opposing team tho. What fun would that be?

It's hard to say, becuz it's established that DS won't let him keep any tech around that would allow him to over throw DS. As I said, I will with draw Desaad if it's gonna be a problem.
Once again I would like point my other questions are still a little unanswered.
What exactly level of tech can we work with and exactly what level of tech can we bring to the battlefield with us?

There is a list of tech and stuff that desaad has invented on the net. It includes the father boxes, upgrading the mother box into the grandmother box, ect.
