Synch is basically Lil Bow Wow in a costume unless he has an ability to copy. He's not above caps, and his powers fall under meshing. Just a smart pick.
Ill; something that has come up multiple times and I'm sure the people would like an official ruling on. Offensive telepathy users - are they banned outright, or just banned from using offensive telepathy? Thus far, I've answered worries with the following - is it sufficient?

Synch by himself is perfectly legal, and Sage by herself hardly ever uses her TP for purposes other than communication (in fact I was going to pick Sage myself but wasn't sure- in fact I was trying to be pretty careful with our picks). But her bio still states that at least in her period of being a spy at HellfireClub (shame on me for having little comics from that perios) she was able to use illusions etc so it's small possibility for cheating.
Synch WAS NEVER ABLE TO UNLOCK SOMEONE'S HIDDEN POTENTIAL. He can "synch" latent abilities of others, that's all and there's nothing illegal. Or maybe Fox was talking about Sage's jumpstart ability?
Synch by himself is OK and Sage by herself is OK, that's all.
In fact, I was trying to draft Mastermind III and Black Mamba- both can use their limited telepathy for pinpoint focusing of their illusion and some other stuff. Those picks were rejected, so chars with offensive TP are banned, not the TP itself.
And Synch is legal by himself.
But if the chars are OK themselves and there's no cap for meshing then I repeat that the only person who worries me from who remains in the roster is Jotaro- he deserves outright banning.

Jotaro's stand is one of the invisible ones, also sptands are indestructable by default. There's possiblity than people who can see ghosts (Kira, Black Knight) can see those, but that's only a possibility. Having invisible invulnerable construct no one in tourney has any idea of is something that's illegal.
