Yeah...if "Stands can only be beaten by other stands" means it literally, he's banned. Or if he has some sort of time-control.

He does seem a bit too powerful. I haven't also seen anything that proves that he is within the limits.

Power meshes are fine, but I still object to power copying. Any power copier who starts at human level could sneak in. Amazo was an exaggeration, but there's plenty of others. But sans meshing, 1 power copier could amp him/herself to well beyond the caps. ill told me that copying others' powers would qualify as meshing, but they aren't amalgamating with anyone, so it's not. They're simply using their own innate powers to potentially be FAR over the caps, and anyone with a competent copier will do that easily. That's over the individual cap, period.

So this is my petition to keep Sage/Jubilee/etc. but ban Synch from Blair/DC's roster.

Iirc, Synch could "synch" with non mutants.

Realistically, if he went up against Spidey, he would gain all of Spidey's powers... and apparently use them more effectively.

More over, if anyone with innate powers, not due to an external source, gave him time to copy their powers, he could be even better than them.

He never did that. He can copy weird\uniqie mutations, but fails to copy anything that's of non-mutant origin. I'll look up at my Generation X collection. His aura is specifically "tuned" on mutants to the point he can use it to track energy signatures of other mutants.
His powers work quite tricky, through, as he can copy not only "visible" stuff but latent\hidden under mental blocks powers (Jubilee's powers, Emma's latent telekinesis).
And those weirdos you're talking about, Smurph, are guided mostly by hearsay. It's beyond Synch's powers to copy alien physiology (even though he can copy unique mutations).
