Now, Let's see if he can levitate an object say heavier than Spiderman can lift. I sure dont' remember him being able to do that.

I'll manage. My Dad is in pretty bad shape and Kaiser is trying to milk the situation at his health's expense. Not exactly ideal. I'm pretty strong mentally though.

And also, I didn't "allow" Darwin, I simply said that he would technically be legal, but would likely be a very hard sell and be banned.

Also, tactical advantages aren't illegal, I purposely left some room in the rules for creativity, and the rules contained purposeful omissions. However, this is a low meta tournament. You all had the same amount of time with the same rules and made your draft choices (with the exceptions of Leo/Digi and Nvr/AJ), and you all have a say in the final makeup of the rosters.

Please allow cooler heads to prevail.

So where are the rules? Can I have a quote?
