Leech can contrlol his powers at least at base level, he didn't leech the powers out of Artie when they lived together.

I've said this many times, and I say it again. Alone, Synch is as powerful as your regular teenager. He needs other mutants just to be useful. And anything he does with other people doesn't matter, since there is no ban on that. In this tournament, he can't encounter anyone who is above the caps.
I'm sorry, but unless you can find a reason how he breaks the rules BY HIMSELF, with NO other people around, you have no case.
I'm also dropping the vote against Jotaro. In terms of close\mid-range combat he's not a top dog there and while stance is immaterial it's not bullerproof. Bullet dodging depends on the range, reaction and aim.
And the best thing Synch can do to BW's team is saving their prep time- power copying requires less than 2-4 minutes nesessary for actual amalgamation.But there's no reason to ban him.

On his own BruceBanner wouldn't even make LowStreet. If someone else comes around and make him angry he suddenly jumps to above Spiderman's level. But he's no threat on his own.

Bruce Banner can turn to Hulk regardless of people being around him. He doesn't NEED other people to be useful. Synch does.

I don't find sych as any kind of real threat. What if he ends of fighting a team of robots and martial arts chi type guys? he's totallly screwed. Hell, most of teams can deal with synch, even with prep. But you could be correct, power copying with prep could be dangerous. Only thing is, synch, needs mutants around, who's to say he will even get to have any mutants around him other than who's on his team? I'm inclined not to hate on someone becuz of a really good move, but I could be convinced to vote against synch if we can find proof of his range ect.

He doesn't randomly become Hulk and doesn't do it of his own volition. Without an outside factor he's just a normal human.
