Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that scan from a comic based on the animated series? I see Jubliee Gambit and Rogue there they were not part of the X-men during the Phoenix story line

Also if you're going quote The Watcher in reference to Phoenix then what about "...second only to The Creator"

With the past battles against eachother and the numerous threads, you would think the trouble of posting all those scans to put down the phoenix would seem childish and idiotic, but hey it makes Mr Master feel good without G.S here to bother with it, so go for it

Through out the issue it was artistically illustrated to be ONE Universe.

When the Mkraan Crystal was unleashed
it was depicted Artistically on panel affecting One Reality.

the Official Marvel Handbook bio also corroborates the entire story,
