Who cares. galactus loses way more than DS, and He still has esteem. It's clearly who's popular and who's not.

No for real, Bryne's Action comics was retconned into Desaad, and Superman and Batman was very odd. With the whole sun amp, boomtube, and everything. There's just Acrapolips now and and their second ecounter in Action comics. 🙂

Superman/Batman #13 doesn't count for being odd. Superman/Batman #42 doesn't count for what reason? Bad dialogue?

SB 42, is that the one where batman holds highfather's staff, The batkick does more harm than a speedblitzing superman, and Scarecrow helps desaad take over superman's mind?

I didn't know Darkseid got weaker based on his feeding habits. Good to know.

It's the one where Darkseid flees in terror from Superman.

I didn't know that a nearly drained galactus can wipe out solar systems with an angry wave of a hand and get pwned by earth's heroes. Go figure.

I thought he said something about the source wall.

And yet a weakened Galactus did in fact wipe out solar systems during Annihilation. Go figure.

Too bad Galactus doesn't want to destroy the planet...

Plus, he's only been beaten once off the top of my head to Earth's heroes...

the point was galactus while weak destroys solar systems but you somehow want to say that him being hungry makes him weak enough to be beaten by earth's heroes. No matter how weak he becomes, he's still>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>earth.

Galactus has been drained to the point of not even having the Power Cosmic. Don't see the relevance to Darkseid.

Besides that, there's typically a plot device for why Galactus lost. Not just Hulk's fist or whatever.

And Superman is the ultimate plot device. He and doomsday are like yin and yang. Always beating everyone, and always coming back stronger than before. Logic needs to prevail. If DS pwns Orion, who is a better fighter than superman, and superman can't pwn Orion, but is shown pwning DS, it's obvious DS has villian syndrome. DC's villians tend to just jobber. All of them. Zoom got pwned by Liberty ****ing bell.
