Superman/Batman #13 doesn't count for being odd. Superman/Batman #42 doesn't count for what reason? Bad dialogue?

I didn't know that a nearly drained galactus can wipe out solar systems with an angry wave of a hand and get pwned by earth's heroes. Go figure.
Plus, he's only been beaten once off the top of my head to Earth's heroes...

the point was galactus while weak destroys solar systems but you somehow want to say that him being hungry makes him weak enough to be beaten by earth's heroes. No matter how weak he becomes, he's still>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>earth.
Besides that, there's typically a plot device for why Galactus lost. Not just Hulk's fist or whatever.

And Superman is the ultimate plot device. He and doomsday are like yin and yang. Always beating everyone, and always coming back stronger than before. Logic needs to prevail. If DS pwns Orion, who is a better fighter than superman, and superman can't pwn Orion, but is shown pwning DS, it's obvious DS has villian syndrome. DC's villians tend to just jobber. All of them. Zoom got pwned by Liberty ****ing bell.
