Getting one-shotted by Super Adaptoid twice. - Who had his powers on top of the rest of the New Avengers powers. That's like saying Superman getting one shotted by someone who had the powers of him and the JLA is a bad showings. It's not. Plus, Sentry wasnt knocked out.
Getting affected by some hits from Iron Man. - He wasnt affected. He smurked, wiped his mouth, and knocked Iron Man out.
Getting hurt by a hug from regular Huc. - That's not a bad showing at all. Hulk's held billions of tons, and has incredible feats. Superman would be alot more hurt than Sentry was.
Can't stop the helicarrier from falling. Wonderman and Ms. Marvel showed him up. - The Helicarrier is hundreds of thousands of tons. That's not unimpressive at all compared to Superman's low showings. And Wonder Man and Ms Marvel helped Sentry do it, they didnt do it by themself.

Also did i hear someone say Superman is skyfather level? Even Pre-Crisis Superman is not Skyfather level, much less regular Superman. He's herald level, which is basically 1/4th of a skyfather AT BEST.
And didnt someone also say that no version of Thor would beat Superman other than Rune king Thor? Rune King Thor would beat Superman 10/10, as would King Thor. King Thor is a bonafide skyfather, levels and levels about Superman. Warrior Madness Thor gave Thanos serious trouble, something Superman could only dream of doing. WM Thor would beat Superman easily as well. Current Thor would also crush Superman. Hell, even regular Thor would probably beat Superman, he's only slightly inferior to Supes in strength and durability, but has a massive advantage in versatility, plus Supes is vulnerable to magic.

When did it say it was that heavy? Plus, you wanted low showings, you didn't specify how bad they were supposed to be.
What low showings off Supe's strength are lower than that? You might as well give the scan of the daily planet one, since I've never seen it (also, Sentry only has one feat in that aspect, which shouldn't make it pis).
Sentry stopped exerting himself, and it seemingly stopped... also, Marvel and WM were holding it up with one hand...

He always forgets all of the uber useful powers he has.
Perhaps a shade below him in every respect, barring speed, but if Superman was an overall ten physically, Thor is at least an eight, if not a 9 imo.
Superman doesn't dwarf Thor in anything but speed.
But the same can't be said in reverse.
