Yup you know cause eye blasts are so original a concept anymore that no one uses them save one person 🙄

I don't really see a problem with this, nor do I think its ridiculous. I mean would it be less ridiculous to you if he used a hand blast 😬

1. A fitting champion for Herc imo would be Luke Cage, but Thing would also be a good choice.

Usually the gods chose those humans most fitting to their ideals to be their champions. They didn't work directly together, but inspired and sometimes intervened through miracles in favour of their protégés. The mythical Hercules never had a champion, but a strong tradition of "employing" young, handsome and intelligent boys, acting as his sidekick. Amadeus perfectly fits into that sidekick pattern, but not at all into the role as a possible champion of the Lion of the Olymp.

BTW:
I think Warmachine is an ideal champion for Ares.
