Yeah but he is fighting Saiyans, Garlic can regenerate as well, and since he is immortal he just has to tire out Doomsday then attack.

Garlic Jr wasn't even really that powerful though was he? I mean Gohan before he even knew how to control his power was stronger than him I think DOS Doomsday could do it also.

im completely unfamiliar with comics, so i have no idea what DOS doomsday can do. but ya garic junior is weak as hell, but since he is uncanon, gohans power could be anywhere from krillins strength to ssj3 goku. its a movie. it doesnt have to make sense. so maybe he's ultra strong. no one actually knows

Actually, no he wasn't. His strength was greater than Freeza's second form. He was slow however.

Was this said in the Garlic Jr Saga? Because Gohan wasn't stronger than Freeza's first form and he was stronger at least in the Dead Zone. Garlic wasn't even much more powerful than Kami. He was just immortal and unable to be beaten.

Immortality makes Garlic a villain, but still he is weak, stupid and very annoying.
