Anyway. Just came back from the "Ironman" movie. It was a cool watch. It had some really nice and flashy eye candy visuals. I thought it had too much dialogue almost nearing that or "Hulk". I would've like to have seen more action. But when it was happening, most the action was kick ass, though.

Would've been nice if a more well known traditional villain played the part but i guess that's for the unseemingly apparent sequel.

I don't think i'd put this on my top 5 best Marvel flicks. But it's in my top 10.

I loved Starks smug yet cool and sarcastic 'tude.

The dialogue was great, I prefer a movie that can bring you story as well as eye candy. Too much action would just make it another flashy, sucky movie. You've got to flesh the characters out.

Wasn't that an early version of War Machine as the villain? That's perfect for an Iron Man movie.

The way it was drawn makes you think he's flying, but you can be in that same position after you've made your leap too. All you really have to do is look at the panel where he's got Lois in his arms and leaping across town. If he could very well fly, he would have been flying in that panel.

He couldn't. He could "LEAP tall buildings in a single bound.", he couldn't fly. He wasn't originally conceived with a flying ability, but a leaping ability. Go do the research on the two men who created him and you will find that I am factually correct.

In the book A Scientific Explanation of Superman's Amazing Strength, you can read that his leaping properties were supposed to be human proportionate to a frog or ant, superhuman, but it was hard to draw. That's the only reason why he can fly now.

You dedicate time and money to them, so how have you ditched them? You are in far worse position. I read certain comics, see certain movies. I don't claim to hate or love Marvel inherently. They're just a company. That's like saying you LOVE rock music. I love some rock music, I don't love it all. I love SOME Marvel comics/movies, not all.

So not only were you. Mr. D.C., wrong about him being always able to fly, but he can only fly because of inability to be drawn as such, and due to...WHAT...demanding audiences. What did you just say about characters being changed because of demanding audiences? You called them fanboys. If this is true (It is, it was a book published by D.C., it's on Amazon for sale), then D.C. were catering to fanboys way before Marvel.
