I botched which came first, they are in the comic books though, but yes.I was 100% accurate about it being more so to Ultimate Spider-Man and not the 60's version, as claimed by our esteemed critic.
Yes, but any true Spider-Man fan would know that The Amazing Spider-Man is the Bible of Spider-Man comics and that Ultimate Spider-Man is pure rubbish. It's okay, I'll still give you the reach around.

You've also got to understand that a lot of shit that was accepted in the 60s now seems ludicrous.
Like a teen struggling to buy a car is able to build webshooters that would cost a pretty penny.

Oh, come on, we can disect every comic book movie to all hell with that rational. Remember, Peter Parker graduated high school and earned a science scholarship to Empire State University. He wasn't some son of a rich family who'd just buy him a car.
To me, Ironman wasn't all that spectacular, as everyone's making it out to be. People act like it was the second coming of comic book movies.
Imo, Spiderman 1 was better. "Xmen 3: The last stand" was way better than Ironman. Blade was better too. And i'll tell you that i even enjoyed superman returns much more than i did ironman. Batman Begins is definitely way better than ironman. And The Dark Knight's gonna sh*t all over it. Maybe not financially but comicbook movie wise, lol. C'mon. You can't beat a brand spanking new friken Batman summer movie with him and the Joker going at it for 2008. Think about it. Ironman vS Iron monger - or Batman vS the Joker. The latter will always be the highlight. In fact, that battle is probably the top 3 most greatest battles in comic book history out of many hundreds of comic book, even movie, battles, ever. While Ironman vs Iron monger is probably way at the bottom.

Although I'll let others dissect the blatant disparaging of truth there, I think you have a point when people are acting like it is a 'Second Coming,' because in many ways Ironman isn't anything new or innovative. It's just got the talent attached to it that allowed it to rise above some of the other Marvel product.

While Iron Man is not the greatest comic film like some are making it out to be, you really lost a lot of credibility (with me at least) by underrating the film so much. I agree that Batman Begins was better/the Dark Knight will be better, but still, you really aren't giving Iron Man enough credit (in my opinion of course). X-Men 3 was shit; in no way was it better than Iron Man.
I find it very odd how some people can go see a movie and come out acting like people are mildly insane for not liking it, yet act like anyone liking another movie to that same degree is ridiculous.
Batman Begins, to me, was a better movie than Iron Man. That's because Batman Begins didn't feel like a superhero movie, it felt like it transcended that. He's just about the only comic book character who can do it in movies, because I always found Batman comics to be entirely boring. However, Marvel movies always end up being out and out comic book movies, because not a lot of them have the drama of Batman's mythos and such, besides perhaps Hulk's psychological storylines. So comparing the two is a bit stupid.
Batman is far more culturally known than Iron Man or a lot of the Marvel properties, hence why a lot more established actors and directors are going to want in, as opposed to Iron Man. This is also a disadvantage, because sometimes you end up with George Clooney and Val Kilmer playing Batman, where as Iron Man has come straight out with a director who knows what to do and who can do it best. It's up and down, but Batman has that larger side and darker side that gets the edge in filmmaking.

And here comes the traditional "Too many people like it, so I can't really like it and be one of them.".
It was always gonna happen, people who want to be cool by not liking a movie simply because it's well liked, complaining that it's being treated like a second coming. You did it with Cloverfield, you are doing it with this. Hey, it's you, it's cool, I get that. However, this would be much more credible if you HADN'T followed it with the utter salivation and masturbatory anticipation of The Dark Knight based on, what, a trailer?
Hypocrite City, Population: You.

^ lol?
You clearly want to argue for just arguments sake, again. What you wrote was simply and clearly meant to get a illogical reaction and not a logical response outta me even though i gave the movie a 7.5/10 rating on here right after i saw the movie and way before most people even began judging it.
lol "Alot of people like it. And because of that, I don't like it cause i wanna look cool"? lol, you serious?
lmao. Good one. You've turned deluded.
And i never did that with Cloverfield. You liar. I had what i had to say about Cloverfield, on here, the moment after i seen it the first day without seeing what anyone else has said about what they thought.
fcuk looking cool. you look cool. i'll stick to saying what i feel without giving a rats furry balls if the whole of KMC disagrees with me or not.
So go start an argument for it's sake with someone else.

Maybe of mainstream Marvel and DC. But there are many characters that could and some that did imo.
Also, what does it have to do with you finding Batman comics boring, I don't see the connection.
