Durability, SBP was sent through a Red Sun and, if he tanked the blast, a big bang(but it is unknown exactly what has happened, only that he is alive).
In a slugfest, SMP punches Thanos' heart out, and all out, would dominate.

Thanos has better durability than Prime and hes much smarter on his feet. Always thinking on the fly while Prime is always getting emotional.

1.Fight with Thor(power gem)
2.Fight with Odin
3.Fight with Tyrant
In all three of these fights this was before Thanos' final upgrade(s).

Getting blasted by 4 Guardians at the same time>>>>>>>>any punishment Thanos recieved from Odin or Tyrant. Prime would last longer against the 2 (could maybe pull of some wins as well) instead of being questioned by Odin and teleporting away from Tyrant.
