Superman Prime vs Thanos (Slugfest)

My point to Quanchi was...that Thanos couldn't match what Prime or Monarch did without some kind of artifact or major power boost.

Well, it took a universal explosion to even stop Monarch and Prime...and if that is what it took...then, that is some bad ass durability. Thanos has never survived anything like that...under his normal power levels.

Monarch he defeated and I loved it but it was because he tore his armor off and not because he ko'd him. Monarch hasnt shown the kind of intelligence that Thanos has exhibited on mulitple occassions because even with his army he was beaten and by Prime just showing up.

Odin was beating on Thanos but didnt beat him. My point is that Prime hasnt beaten anyone straight up that was more powerful than Thanos let alone Odin or Tyrant.

A universal explosion took them out, that doesn't mean you have to hit them with an attack strong enough to destroy a universe to beat them.

True, but we don't know that. It could be that something powerful enough to destroy the universe...was the only way to stop them.

The Flash incident had nothing to do with DURABILITY...Prime was trapped for a while....he wasn't hurt. We're talking about Durability here...not BFR. A speed force dump like that would stop Thanos too...for a while.

Would an Unamped Prime would die in a pure slugfest vs WWH? Eventually Yes. Slugfests favor Hulk in practically any occasion. It would be idiotic for anyone to go toe to toe with WWH....which is why Thanos wouldn't even attempt it. And this is what we are talking about here.

WWHulk would Stalemate Flash? Actually this is very likely IMO.

But back on point. SBP (if amped) has a chance of pulling off victories going toe to toe with Thanos. But killing him? Hell no.

Although no glutton for punishment...Thanos has survived worse that SBP can dish out. And any Unamped Superman Prime has no chance. For obvious reasons, I'd give Prime the speed advantage, but Superman simply lacks any decent strength feats IMO that aren't assisted by flight. And as we are talking about a pure slugfest here....he gets clowned by Thanos's cosmic level endurance and durability and stamina.

The Hulk goes down. Prime could probably take WWh and the Sentry at the same time.

Prime is faster, but he still like most Superman gets nailed by the reaction times of supposedly slower characters....so its moot on panel. And in a slugfest...you are going toe to toe. Both are gonna get nailed.

WWHulk's close ranged strength feats>>>>>Prime's.
As I said....all of Superman's strength feats come from flight not raw power...so he loses any pure slugfest with WWHulk.
