Orion is more like Gamora than Champion obviously in his fighting style. Champion is an idiotic brute in his fight with Thanos no big deal avoiding his attacks because they were all but mindless.

Because all the guys whom you've listed are bricks. Exactly how will thanos even land a hit on Orion if he has superior h2h skill,combat speed and striking power comparable to Supes. Thanos is a brick in h2h ability, Orion could use him as a punching bag with ever getting hit once.
