"That would be hard to imagine right now. And it would help if you get the balster off my neck, unless you have a good explanation. Hey, I know what you did for us back there, and we owe you. What's more, we're in no shape at all to fight you, especially seeing how you handled Ahaz. We're not going to try anything, right Eerin." Kyle is being earnest, he knows he has no chance to get away from this guy, and truth be told, for some reason he trusts him. He almost chuckles at that thought, it has to be the first time he's trusted someone with a gun on him.
"Be my guest."
In case you have forgotten in the heat of battle, this man wears a green-colored blast vest from a stormtrooper uniform over a black short-sleeve with brown cargo pants tucked into black combat boots. His jaw is well-defined, his hair is combed to one side, and he is portrayed by Adrian Pasdar.
"Hello, gentlemen," he says, sliding on of the pistols into a holster at his hip. "Call me Zane. Now, come with me."
He starts to walk off down the alleyway.
Eol shakes his head. "I can't believe I'm doing this..."
"Can't tell you that," Zane says. "But it is a safe place where we can talk."
Settling into the back seats, the woman in front and Zane slip coarse sacks over your heads in order to obscure your vision. Once all is settled, the landspeeder starts and moves off.
"To headquarters, Eol," Zane says. "We need to be done with this. Things are heating up and could ignite at any time."
"I'm aware of that, thanks," Eol responds. "Oh why did I ever agree to help you guys..."
"Because it's right," the girl interjects.
Eol just grumbles under his breath.
Kyle lets them slip the sack over his head, although he really has no choice at this point. He gives Eerin their signal that it's alright for now, and quietly sits for the ride. He tries to use his spacer's instinct to judge their speed and direction in attampt to judge their location and destination.
Impossible to tell, Kyle. There are many turns in the streets of Mos Eisley and, despite your well-traveled knowledge of the Galaxy, you don't remember the individual streets of this place. It's too confusing. On top of that, you can't tell when the landspeeder is turning down another street or just swerving to avoid people in the streets.
Eerin, this situation is making you paranoid. As Kyle's 'bodyguard,' this is totally a situation that you would have preferred to avoid. You think that this Zane character is a man of his word, but you can never be sure.
The landspeeder comes to a halt and the sacks are pulled off of your heads once you're out of the landspeeder. The speeder has parked itself in a dim garage that is kept cool by the dark and by misters lining the walls. It is a relief after all the running and fighting you just did in the twin suns of Tatooine.
"Welcome to headquarters," Zane says, gesturing to the garage. There is a single doorway on the side of the garage.
