Going to give this to WWH. J'onn can evade him for a while, but that's about it. Trying to mess with this Hulk's mind is a bad idea and getting in close, regardless of intangibility or shapeshifting, is a really bad idea.

hulk shouldn't be able to "win" a fight with j'onn, the only question is if j'onn can beat the hulk, i think he might be able to using his telepathy to bring banner to the surface through arduous focus. physically this fight goes nowhere.

Idk if this was regular hulk id say mm MIGHT be able to cut off the anger from hulk brain and turn him to banner but this is WWH and im not sure that's an option here i mean look at ww3 MM practically lost his mind and ran into hiding because of how he tried to stop Ba and I think that same thing might happen again....ppl can say Ooh look what MM did to BA in that comic but he never even really hurt him....i mean yea the lasers to the face did a lil bit but only a lil bit not even enough to slow him down...and so i guess im saying he could remain intangible and invisible the whole fight but that wouldn't be much of a fight now would it lol

MM should win. There is little chance of WWH winning.

He's faster, and has more powers, but that hasn't helped him much in his career.

MM is too much of a loser to fight and succeed against a push villain. It's in his character set to lose to this guy, actually.
