I agree MM is among the most versital of super heros. But all this is not going to help against Hulk. Physically he cant maintain his strength long. mind rapeing wont work, he would be on the defencive the entire fight. MM will have to out smart the hulk to win. As far as chumping captian marvel. It means nothing theses days. BIlly gets among the worst writing i have seen in years. Classic captian marvel beats the living piss outta MM.

MM can maintain his strength indefinetly. He simply wouldn't maintain an advantage.

MM peers into Hulk's mind and eats himself in horror.

He phases his hand into hulks head and pulls out his brain. All while Invisible and moving at Superspeeds.

Hulk is at least KO'd from such a devastating move. End of thread.

Yup thats about as in character as surfer dispersing an opponents electrons across different dimensions or thor trapping someone in a vortex, while absorbing their life force and reigning lightning strikes down.

In the other thread they were Bloodlusted 😬

So does being bloodlusted mean that we then argue powersets? I thought it meant that the characters would go for the kill using the most lethal tactics they have been shown to use in comics. I didnt know it referred to characters using outrageous strategies which they would never use in comics regardless of their mental state.

If the thread starter states bloodlust, then all bets are off. If not then it falls back to in character.

Well, J'onn is bloodlusted.

Why wouldn't he do it?

No being bloodlusted means he does this.

Unless your trying to tell me he hasn't gone invisible/intangible then surprise attack somebody from behind with his phasing ability?

Somebody merged this thread and the one saying they were bloodlusted what does that mean? Do we use them bloodlusted or no? 🙁

I'm not convinced. MM couldn't phase through Doomsday. And Hulk isn't just half a ton of mass. He's got all kinds of intensely hot gamma radiation coursing through him. I don't think MM can phase through him effectively.

...Unless Vision has phased through Hulk. I'm not sure 'cause I don't follow either character, but its probably happened. 😬

Vision phased and then tried to solidify nearly killing himself in the process.

There you go what? He was able to phase.

So was Shadowcat.

Yeah but Shadowcat is able to phase through literally anything. Including anti-phasing, superdense metal. Meh. And didn't she only grab his legs and then phase herself into the ground? She didn't phase through his body.

She didn't have a reason to phase through his body, but she phased through one of his punches. And when she brought him into the ground she was phasing him into the ground, it's not like she would be able to do that to him but not move though him.

And Manhunter's phasing is so superior to Shadowcat's that it's not even funny.

How?

He shifts into another dimension.

How does that make his phasing superior?

Because then he won't be hurt by things like Adamantium, or odd lightning.
